Feature: Horizontal table scroll with shift+wheel

Attribute tables can now be scrolled horizontally using the key combination of Shift+ Mouse wheel, switching from the default vertical scroll operation.

This matches the behavior exposed by LibreOffice, and provides a convenient way to quickly horizontally scroll tables when a mouse doesn't have a dedicated horizontal scroll wheel.
