In QGIS 2.16, the base stylesheet of composer labels will automatically set the label font and margins to match the label's settings. This allows interactive choice of font, margins and colors and avoids the need to manually set these with CSS within the label HTML code.
This feature was developed by Nyall Dawson (North Road)
